Behavior Analyst
Angela (she/her) is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about teaching children and families with developmental disabilities, as well as building community. After graduating from Northern Michigan University in the beautiful Upper Peninsula, she spent a decade in Oregon growing a family, obtaining a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Purdue University. Angela also spent her time in the Pacific Northwest working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and then supervising ABA services in the home, center and school settings as a bachelor level BCaBA. Following her BCBA credential, she was promoted to a Lead Clinical Supervisor for an organization in Oregon, supporting her colleagues with treatment planning, technician training and parent coaching. Angela returned home to Michigan to share her love of the seasons and freshwater with her children and continued to provide services through telehealth before gratefully accepting a position at North Arrow ABA.
Angela is a lifelong learner who is open to new challenges and is happiest when working together with others to meet common goals. She and her husband are the proud parents of twins, an old lady dog, a hound puppy and a feral cat. Together they enjoy skiing, trying new foods, taking turns listening to preferred genres of music, rock hunting, and learning to play/coach soccer.
