North Arrow was founded and remains proudly headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan. We are committed to expanding access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for families across the state, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care when and where it’s needed most.
We are 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This ownership model ensures the people providing and supporting care have a direct stake in our shared success, while preserving our mission, keeping decision-making local, and strengthening our long-term commitment to the Michigan communities we serve.

North Arrow ABA strives to provide the highest quality behavior analytic services to those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, drawing from only evidence-based assessment and intervention when developing individualized goals.
Many things in the lives of those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder are complicated. It’s our goal to break down problems and solutions into small, easier to manage components. Behavior can be complex, but change is always possible!
